She has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic workplace solutions for a variety of North American and international clients including companies, healthcare systems and municipalities. Susan combines her deep knowledge of interior design, human behavior and data-driven tactical processes to guide organizations through complete workplace transformations. Susan specializes in advocating for clients and planning and creating spaces that respond to the needs of all people.

He is an experienced real estate strategist and project manager, specializing in corporate and office real estate. Andrew has over ten years’ experience in the North American market successfully leading real estate projects for North America's largest organizations.
